When communicating face-to-face, body language can communicate far more information about our feelings than we articulate verbally.

Body language includes eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, movement, what we do with our hands, and how we present ourselves. Within an Australian workplace the following behaviours are ways in which you can make your message more effective:
